Multiple rounds over multiple weeks. Was dragged out over 7 weeks, with many reschedules. It was also clear that what the hiring manager wanted in the role was different from what the interview panels were interviewing for, which also differed from the job description posted. Recruiter ghosted me for 3 weeks after the last round, only to to ask me for availability for another round, and then less than 24 hours later telling me hiring was on pause. Two days later I was told I was no longer being considered as a candidate.
