Entrevista
The interview process is straightforward. With 1 technical round, 1 manager, and 1 HR.
Technical and Manager round was Face to face while the HR round was telephonic
They took around a week to complete the process

They will ask about Current Role, few technical questions as per your profile.
In Manager round, Questions will be related to process, team management and future aspirations
HR round: Salry Negotiation
hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.

The process was an in-person, full-day interview at the HCL office. It began with a hackathon as a group of 5 people, where we designed and developed a complete end-to-end architecture for a delivery application. This was followed by a one-on-one technical interview. A few days later, the HR department reached out and offered me the job.

Interview was normal, basic questions.
Just prepare basics and you can crack the interview.
First you will be asked to introduce your self, then work history, like what did you do in your previous org. Like roles and responsibilities. Then followed by basics of the subject that you applied for.
