It was central-campus interview in our polytechnic college where total 5 colleges also took part. There were total about 150 candidates. At first they gave the presentation ceremony about their company ,overview of their services & compensations. Then they interviewed(1st round) each candidate one by one. It was basically technical interview of computer hardware & computer network related. They asked me about general computer architechture, hardware troubleshooting, networking like- N/W layers, N/W services & apllications, TCP/IP,LAN,WAN,how to set up a LAN/WAN, requirements for it etc. They also asked some questions related with physics, electronics, telecommunication related (about which I didn,t expected) like-Coulomb's law, EMF, What's magnetic field & its's unit, logic gates, new inventions in Telecommunication fields,satellites etc. The 1st round of interview was tough as some unexpected questions were faced and interviewers further finds their next questions by candidate's answer. It seems to me that they wanted to know about networking skills & ability of the candidate for troubleshooting and handling tough situations. Then they announced 20 names selected for their 2nd round of interview(HR interview). It was basically of personality test where they asked your happiest/sad moments of life, your like/dislike, willingness to to work anywhere 24x7, communication skills, attitude etc. They also asked me to sing some lines of my favourite song! Then after 2 days they sent job letters to 15 candidates.3 weeks later they sent joining letter mentioning their work locations mostly Kolkata & some to Noida.

i applied through employee referral and the process took 1 month .i got easy questions like why we need VLAN ? DIFF b/w BGP AND OSPF, I answered well..but they technically told to explain how vlan works in company environment i struggled there..they asked wer u can apply acl...i said in router...no need to explain detail..
