Pathetic. Seriously most juvenile process I've experienced. 4 managers interviewing after initial phone interview. Too touchy feely. I could see this going no where and one of them noticed and began adding managerial questions to this front line position.

How did you repsond to...
When did you respond incorrectly to another culture and how did you correct?
Honestly they assumed you had done this. I asked for clarification and why the automatic assumption and I got more verbal overload.

Applied online and spoke to the recruiter. The recruiter didn't ask any questions about me and just talked about the role and HD supply for 30 minutes. At the end of the call he said my experience lined up with what they were looking for and he would reach out the hiring manager to schedule an interview. I didn't hear anything for a week and then was sent a rejection email with no context or explanation. Very unprofessional.

You have to wait for a recruiter. Once they call you for a phone interview, your interview at the warehouse. It took 3 days for them to get back with me with an offer.

Fairly straightforward. Went over resume and past job experiences. They asked basic questions. How did you deal with difficult situations? Did you eve have a problem you couldn't solve? Etc
