Entrevista
I was brought in through a staffing agency for temp-to-hire position. The first interview was with the hiring manager. She elaborated on what the job would entail and asked about my professional experience to see how well it matched with what they needed. I was also given a proofreading test as that is an important element of the role. I was invited for a short second interview with a Sr Project Coordinator and HR. Their questions were more about my work style preferences.

Entrevista
Easy process, 3 rounds of interview. First HR screening, then interview with supervisor, lastly HR interview to go over the job once more. All done online since I wasn't local. No relocation benefits. Asked about my experience, skills, work ethic, etc.

Entrevista
I had a really positive experience throughout HDR’s interview process. It moved quickly and was well-organized, which I appreciated. Everyone I spoke with was kind, thoughtful, and genuinely accommodating. Rather than trying to poke holes or find reasons not to hire me, I felt like the team was truly rooting for me and focused on getting to know me and how I could contribute to the role. It made the whole process feel collaborative and respectful — one of the best interview experiences I've had.
