It was not a great interview process. First stage was a video call, where my interviewer's audio kept cutting in and out and they spent most of the time trying to sell me the company instead of asking me interview questions. The second interview, the admin organizing the interviews rescheduled once the day before the interview because one of the people I was supposed to interview was "is not in the office on Tuesdays". I reschedule the interview, and the person who the interview was rescheduled for wasn't even there. The other two people were the chatty one from the video call and someone who was literally on their third day in the job. The employer ended up ghosting me with no indication either way.
