I was requested by name by the Division Chief. I had a quick interview with the program manager, but I would not call it official. I met the manager at a social one night. He took me to the side and I reviewed your resume and you look good to me.

Poor interview. The interviewer was eating the whole time on our call and didn't seem interested at all. It went on for about 5-10 minutes he didn't correctly explain the job nor did he ask any questions about my expertise or work history.
