Telephone interview with Hiring Manager. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Took approximately one hour. Each q&a went about 5-10 mins each depending on type of question. Was very helpful that he described the organization, goals, make up, etc., before going into interview questions.

Simple when prepared and ready for the job you applied for. Be yourself, answer the questions asked and have questions for the hiring team. Provide thought out process that you have done and what you might have done better
