The interview process started out with a phone interview, then an unpaid design test, followed by an hour long call with their Head of Marketing, to scheduling an in-person interview, to rescheduling that interview, to canceling the interview because the position was on hold. Waste of time.

I had been through to the final interview round (passing phone & project). I drove 5 hours to Plainview, NY and met with the lovely head and associate in the marketing dep. They followed up with another short term project, and decided that I wasn't worth confirming or denying whether or not I got the position. I had emailed them 2 weeks after the final project was due, and I still haven't heard back. I appalled at the fact that my hard work was stolen without a proper signing off. Beyond unprofessional.
