I applied for the Customer Service Advisor job (Swansea) and overall from the time I had the first email to having my face to face interview it has taken 3-4 weeks. Firstly I had to complete 2 online tests which were easy enough. Basically multiply choice questions about yourself and another where they give senorios. Then I had the email that I had been invited to do the telephone interview in which I got to choose the time and date. Telephone interview was quick and only took 10 minutes of my time, there was a bit of a language barrier as sometime I couldn’t understand what the women was saying. They ask you’re details and then only ask 2 interview questions. 3 days after my telephone interview I had a phone call to book my face to face interview.
