There are three interviews in total. first was a group interview with around 12 candidates. We had to go around and introduce ourselves followed by an individual task in which we basically had to follow instructions (quite simple) and one math calculation without a calculator. We then was split into groups and had to budget for opening a regional office, for this you are giving a choice of things to spend your budget on then. You then have to present this to everyone. If you are called back for a second interview it is another group interview with about 12 people this time you are split into groups again and have to come up with a fundraising idea for the company's charity, the main objective being to raise funds but also to promote the charity if possible. You then have to do a presentation of this including a list of costs and expenses etc.. If you are called back for a final interview this is a one on one with a partner where they basically go through your CV and ask you questions as in a normal interview procedure.

Very swift interview process, only two stages. First a group interview, very conversational. Talk about yourself and see how you interact with others in a group environment. No technical accounting questions in group or partner interview. Just problem solving and listening to basic instructions.
