Very basic, he doesn't even call references, strengths weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 5 years. The small town I live in doesn't provide very many qualified applicants, walk in and hired is common.

It was very fast forward, applicant friendly and they answered all my questions. Very Looking forward to my career path. I found the process to be very professional. Manager and Interviewer very professional and aim at making sure all questions you might have are resolved. Brilliant.

Entrevista
The interview process was straightforward and relaxed. I first had a short interview with the Front Desk Department Manager where we discussed my customer service experience, availability, and how I would handle guest situations. After that, I had a second interview with the General Manager, which was more conversational and focused on teamwork, communication skills, and reliability. The entire process was completed within about a week and the atmosphere was welcoming.
