Incoherent, dishonest and unprofessional. Was referred by a former colleague, red carpet treatment for the first 4/5 conversations. Different people told me different things throughout the process (location, CPD opportunities etc...), with the discrepancies in messaging then used against me later on when I repeated the information given. When I shared my concern with the internal recruiter he then told management I was difficult and sabotaged my progress. He repeatedly lied to me and did not provide transparent feedback, which I had to obtain myself. Worked out for the best in hindsight.

Entrevista
This was one of the worst interviews I’ve experienced. Spoke with a Sales Manager, the conversation went well. I spoke with his boss within the next couple of days. She didn’t ask me any questions. She asked me if I had any questions for her. I asked her a few questions and that was the end of the interview. The following day, I get a email saying they’re moving on. I couldn’t understand what I did wrong and the recruiter never responded to any of my emails.
