I first got a email from the HR Manager when I could talk to her on the phone. In the phone call the HR Manager (Carolyn Zimatore)asked me general questions like tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here. Then I was scheduled for an interview to talk to her and the Online Marketing Manager for HarperCollin's Children's books on Skype. I talked to each individually (about 30 minutes with each person separately).
