The interview process was great. A recruiter reached out to me and I made it through to the last interview, and everyone was very kind and wanted to remain to the point about the job and interview.

I did all of my interviews digitally since I was in another state. I had one call with a recruiter, then two calls about an hour-long with the woman who would be my boss if I was hired. After this, I was asked to the final phase of interviews, which consists of a panel interview with my potential boss and the other heads of the department I would be working with. This felt extensive for an entry-level role and took up two hours of my time - plus I didn't the role. I wouldn't call any of it extremely difficult, just a time suck.
