The initial phone screen was positive, but the interview with Vincent was terrible. He was condescending and I got a bad feeling about him right away. He even asked when I graduated college, which I don’t think is technically something a potential employer is allowed to ask because it’s a way to determine age. The potential salary figure he gave was also extremely low. Because I had such a bad feeling about him, I came and read the reviews for the company, and my suspicions were confirmed. I turned it down because I value my mental health and am worth more than the number he gave.

I personally had five different interviews. Two were with a former employee, two were with the CEO (whom rescheduled each twice because he forgot), and one with a VP. There is now a better process in place. However, the CEO will demand rushed interviews to replace staff that out the door every other week.
