I interviewed with the Office Manager and another person to whom I would not be reporting (why?), before interviewing with the Director, who would be my supervisor. During my employment, I found that there were not clear lines of authority, which led to various problems throughout the department, such as jockeying for favor and intense politicking.

Initial HR interview via phone, then an in-person interview with supervisor and direct colleagues, second in-person interview which involved preparing a presentation give to same folks as well as additional indirect colleagues.

Entrevista
The interview process was a bit lengthy. I had four interviews over three weeks. But the interviews were short, and people were incredibly kind and warm throughout. I was looking forward to joining the team, but got to the final round, and they ended up choosing a different candidate. The recruiter made sure to follow up and let me know they had made a decision, which I appreciated.
