Smooth, friendly, and encouraging. It was a nice experience! I met remotely with two people who took notes while I answered questions. They were understanding of my technical difficulties and we spoke on the phone rather than by video. They were professional, warm, and candid throughout. Our conversation made me feel excited overall about the work. Before we started they asked me if I had any initial questions - I should have asked about location availability and hours then. When I asked this question at the end, I learned that a location listed on the ad was no longer open. This was part of the reason I declined, as I don't have my own car yet and the hours plus distance for the other location didn't feel like something I could commit to long-term. I recommend discussing such important logistics first to avoid wasting the interviewers' and HR peoples' time.
