Very weird and demotivating interview process that doesn't seem beneficial for any parties. Three interviews where they simply just read questions off a list and it doesn't feel genuine at all, nor do they seem to have an interest in actually learning about you. After the third interview was an Excel test. I never got a chance to talk to the person I'd actually be working for, nor an understanding of the team and such. I just don't see the value of going down a list and asking generic questions, for three interviews, without conveying any actual interest in wanting to learn more about the candidate.
