Entrevista
I had two stages of my interview, one was a brief phone call and the second was an in person interview with one other candidate. It was a very quick recruitment process and very easy, it was clear that they were looking for people to start essentially immediately. Whilst the staff were lovely and the interview environment was comfortable, I believe more could have been done to ensure they are hiring high quality candidates to take care of vulnerable people.

The interview was mainly just filling in forms. they also asked for passport copies and bank details for payment as well as setting up for taxes. then I was invited to a full day of training which was not paid for. there was 5 other candidates on the training. the training was shocking and quite aggressive. We the heard nothing at all. no feedback, no outcome etc. I didn't mind because, at this point, after the terrible training and lack of process, there is no way I'd work there in a million years. Nor will I ever use the company.
