Applied online, got a call a week later from their recruiting staff in a different state. She told me about the job, the specifications etc, and scheduled me for a quick 15 minute phone interview with her for the following day. The next day she called and asked me simple generic phone interview questions. I was then contacted by the recruiter to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager at the company. The following week and had an hour long phone interview with him which also went well. A week after that I was contacted one final time by the recruiter to set up an on site hour long panel interview at the company. I went to the interview, had to give a quick 5 minute presentation about myself and why I wanted the job, then got asked pretty generic interview questions, nothing really technical. Nothing to difficult, I did not get a tour of the place.
