Straight forward, quick and easy! I had 3 rounds, an intro with the HR, a case based discussion with the reporting manager and a final round to meet with the management and discuss the current marketing mix and what impact I would make to the brands.

Quite fast, direct and to the point. 3 phases - HR, Senior Management and Top Management. They were interested not only in my career path, but were also interested in my personal profile and concearned with the move to a different city.
