Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Henry V (Portland, OR) em ago. de 2016
Entrevista
I was contacted via LinkedIn, then applied via email. I followed up over the phone and came to the main company building for an in person interview, first with the director of the department, then a panel interview with the managers of the department. I also had an interview with HR during my initial application process.

A high priority client is extremely upset and in your face, what might you say to help diffuse the situation?
Applied via LinkedIn and was emailed to schedule an in-person interview right away. Met with the hiring manager and at the end of the interview I was asked to come back for a second interview with 2 more people on the Strategy team. Hiring manager told me that their schedules needed to be looked at in order to schedule the second interview but she would try to get it scheduled as quick as possible. Later that afternoon I sent a thank you note along with a work sample that had been discussed in the interview... NO response. After not hearing anything 4 days later, I checked in asking if there were any updates as the hiring manager knew I was very interested but also actively interviewing. Still NO response. Now over a week and 2 emails later, I still haven’t gotten so much as an acknowledgement or simple update to the hiring process. Very unprofessional and very disappointing way to handle a candidate who you showed great interest in and asked to come in for a second interview.

I had a series of phone and Skype interviews. The position was a contract position with a client. Each interview was with at least two people. The process went fast in the beginning and then ended up stalling. I finally gave up after two months and considered the job lost. Advice to the company: follow up with candidates you are interviewing with. The job hunting process is tough. Be considerate of their time, respond to emails and questions, and finally, let them know if they are no longer in the running for a position. It's disrespectful of the candidate's time since they made you a priority for interviews. It's also in poor taste for a business. Just remember, it's a small world out there.
