A joke, its all who you know, I have been on interviews that were fake b/c the job was already awarded to someone else BUT becasue the job requires interviews they have to by law open the req BUT trust me many times it is a waste of time - I know I worked there 12 years, you interview, you research do your best, answer all questions and NEVER get a call back, why, because the job req was fake it was only there to fulling a legal requirement.

Entrevista
It was a smooth process, took almost 2months to complete all the rounds.
There were 5 rounds in total- 4 technical and 1 HR round. Well organised interview with a nice team. Only the last round was f2f.

Entrevista
First had a phone screen by the HR Recruiter resulting in HPE flying me to Boston for an in person interview. I interviewed with several levels of managers throughout the day. One interview was very structured as they had a list of questions they use for all other interviews. Others were free style interviews where they asked for an overview of my experience and then asked further questions.
