Received phone call from recruiter. I was very excited about this interview and I felt very let down. I felt that the purpose of the phone call was not to interview me, but to accuse me of not being passionate about sales...I felt I had to spend my time defending myself and my intentions instead of being able to interview.

It was a virtual interview with 2 interviewers. Both didn't open up their face cam, 1 can hear dogs barking in the background. Not professional imo but up for debate.

The interviewers are not opening video, it seems like I'm talking to a wall. I can hear pet noises in the background. Not that I mind that much but it shows unprofessionalism. An interviewee is expected to be professional but they seem not to act that way.
