Applied online and was contacted by an individual on the Talent Acquisition Team. He set up an interview for the following day. When I did not receive a call, I waited for two days and then called his number back. I left a message and he called me back a few days later saying he got my number mixed up with someone else. Finally got the first phone interview and it went very well, lasted about 45 minutes. He said that I would be getting a Skype interview within a few days. It has now been over a month and I haven't heard anything. I called back and left another phone message and did not get a response. I also messaged him on LinkedIn and he viewed my message and chose not to respond.

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

Entrevista
Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.

I had 3 interviews. Interviews lasted about 30 min each. Many STAR questions. Nothing too hard if you are prepared to answer those type of questions. Offer came in around 2 weeks after last interview
