Entrevista
I was referred to a recruiter through a campus recruiting event. Thereafter, I was interviewed over the phone with two different people, one being the recruiter and the other a Regional Sales Manager. Consequently, I was asked to come to the HQ and complete both my ride-along and final interview with several Senior level Managers. The Process went very well. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and truly interested in getting to know me.

Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

What is the most difficult thing you’ve ever faced and how did you get through it?

Entrevista
Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.

I had 3 interviews. Interviews lasted about 30 min each. Many STAR questions. Nothing too hard if you are prepared to answer those type of questions. Offer came in around 2 weeks after last interview
