I applied online through email. I was invited to a skills-based interview in Bristol. They do not like to you to arrive at their hotel any earlier than 2 hours before the interview as they said that it will disturb their customer. I still arrived earlier than that since I am not familiar with Bristol and their hotel is far away from city center. Was invited to a room in a group and a presentation of 15mins- 30 mins about their company's basic information was given. This is no value to me since I have done research before. Around 10 interviewees will be invited to a big room but you will be sitting with 2 interviewers only on a table. It was nearly the end of the day, the interviewers looked very tired and without enthusiasm. This made a half-an-hour interview seems ages to me. However, all the interview questions are very basic except one - 'Describe one event that changes your life'. and without enthusiastic. Their Confirmation of whether I have received the job was sent one day after the interview. I requested feedback for why I didn't get the job and feedback were sent within 4 hours. They said that I might have a higher chance if I could give more specific examples to the questions asked and if I were studying hospitality.
