Interview process should take a short period of time, because there was a high need to fill this position asap. 1st interview with internal recruiter , then follow up with hiring manager. No follow up received from internal recruiter. The internal recruiter was not responsive anymore after the 1st interview. No feedback and no reaction anymore, which is rude and unprofessional.
