Stop ghosting candidates!
Three interviewers who didn't seem interested in me from the start (one was better than the others) and honestly in a bad mood. I've been told I'm overly business focused in meetings but even I was surprised there was zero small talk or curiosity about me as a person. I was asked absolutely nothing about my life outside my technical skillset or even about homelessness, I had to bring up my volunteering at the end since there wasn't any other chance. I don't even recall them talking about the role or what its like to work there much.
As with others, I had to chase for an answer and received no feedback.
You didn't leave a good impression of your organisation and I wonder what is going on at your end to make you kinda miserable. Interviews can be more than a barrage of situational questions, they should be a two way process where both sides want to sell themselves to the other. Make Homeless Link look like a good place to work and get a holistic understanding of candidates and I think you'll end up with more talent.
