1st two interviews were done by Frank, one phone and one in person he was fantastic as a representative of the company. Everything was sounding like a dream until I met with the owner which I had to drive over 2 hours to meet with just for him to realize he should have taken the time and had spoken to Frank first before having me come all the way out. A major lack in communication. The owner said to me he was not sure what I was worth with a copy of my resume in his hands during the interview as to what to offer. The amount they say you can/will make will not happen due to the lack of leads and appointments (turn over - only 3 sales guys). This can truly be a great company but the owner does not want to pay to have the right people in place. I do not see this lasting very long save your time and look elsewhere. Beware and do the math before accepting the offer.
