I had a bad experience with the entire interview process. I applied online and got a call from the recruiter (third party contractor). The first thing the recruiter said before even starting the conversation was " We cannot provide any relocation". I was asked to contact the hiring manager in the evening who talked for maybe 2 mins and asked basic questions like my citizenship, if I am okay to not get any relocation allowance, and if I am okay working on the defence projects. Next week the hiring manager setup a Teams interview (did not had a decency to check my availability and did not send any email- just straight teams invite for friday afternoon interview). In the teams interview, the panel did not turn their camera on and had no human expression or basic feedback. It was totally mechanical where they were typing questions in the chat box and expecting me to answer that. No follow up questions and they were waiting for me to finish answering, before typing another question. During the entire 30 mins I felt as if they were looking down upon me and had no interest in hiring me (maybe this interview was a formality and they had already filled this position). Overall this team at Honeywell left a very bad taste in my mouth and I am glad that I don't have to work with this toxic team. FYI: I did not receive any email about my rejection, I just checked the careers website and it said " not selected" almost immediately after the interview.

It was a very smooth process with 3 interviews (recruiter, manager and panel). The recruiter was very responsive and great with communication. Manager interview and panel interview had a high percentage of questions based on behavior and the rest were technical.
