Invitation via a phone call after working hour. In my opinion, the arrangement could had been better. The interview date is quite sudden (a few days time) and I was not allowed to change another date. The first part was a writtern test. It was quite cybersecurity-related. Not very difficult if you already have basic information security knowledge. Second part is a panel interview (including HR staff). Interviewers are challenging. I got an offer in the same day of the interview (30 min after via phone).
