HR maked the first contact and did a screening, then sets up me phone interview with a supervisor. I then went in for a one on one with the manager. After a few days HR contacted to offer me the job.

Meet with managers and they ask several questions regarding why you’re a perfect fit for them. Make sure to know the ICARE values ahead of time. Show them you want the job and will be committed 100% to working for that department.
