This was a question about basically needing to reprioritize something and then getting back to what I was doing. I explained in the first round how I kept a spreadsheet to track important details as I needed immediate access to information when the system was down. I multitasked with answering calls, reviewing documents and data entry. I gave an example of a time I had to reprioritize and then again mentioned how I kept organized to get back to what I was doing. They did not like this answer as it seemed they wanted a specific answer.
