I stay calm. Retail moves quickly, and I am very comfortable adjusting when new information comes in. I pause to understand what has changed, I re-prioritize based on impact, and I communicate clearly so everyone is aligned. I don’t rush. I move steadily and intentionally. I like bringing clarity when things are moving fast.
