How do you handle a resistant teacher during a PD session?

I ask the teacher why they feel that way and closely listen to their concern(s). I ask them to focus on one takeaway from that day's session and find the value. I leverage the all in teachers to help me "sell" the value and importance of the PD session. Over the session, I directly and indirectly work to swift the reluctant teacher's mindset. As soon as I see them have a "lightbulb light up" or have an "A-ha" moment, I follow up and pull their new view out of them through conversation then offer an implementation strategy.
