Fight for prime retail spacing in both coolers and displays throughout each account. Convince independent accounts to use product planograms designed by Budweiser. Convince independent accounts to use attractive and competitive price points comparable or lower than competition. Establish bulk sales incentives (2fers or BOGOs) if possible. Signage space and placement is also key. Always look for advertising space or fight to remove and replace your competitions as space.
