How do you handle upset customers

I listen and understand the reason or cause of whom or why they are upset. I support and help with what ever needs. I let them explain theirselves, after I try to solve the problem although I don’t look at it as a problem just a Confusion aspect from the costumers view. Since I take as a confusion aspect, I try to make it look a bit more clearer but not in a offensive matter towards the costumer.
