How do you measure success?

To measure my team's success each Monday, I review our key KPIs, ex. productivity, quality, wellness, shrinkage, data, and policy compliance metrics, against quarterly and weekly goals and targets. If all is on track, I celebrate that win with the team. If I spot an outlier, I connect with the individual to understand how we can help, and keep my manager in the loop. It's a weekly rhythm that helps us support each other and succeed together.
