How do you respond to an irate customer?

I love dealing with irate and angry customers because it's a challenge to me to make sure those angry customers leave out of my store happy, satisfied and laughing. I strive to make my customers feel welcomed and feel like the are family. I love the satisfaction I get knowing I helped make someone day much better.
