How do you stay organized?

I make a list of tasks and estimate the effort and likely amount of time it will take to finish the work. Then I break it down, ordering by urgent/non-urgent, and scheduling assignments and deadlines. Use Google Workspace to create a calendar, manage workflow and regularly communicate. If something’s unclear, I ask about it and encourage others to ask me for clarification. Utilize writing tools to check spelling and grammar, then I read content to ensure that it fits with the message. Check for continuity, tense, creativity. Proofread multiple times, especially before posting. It’s a priority of mine to work hard and make every second count. If I finish my work early then I can possibly help someone else. I anticipate and build in time for unexpected complications. They inevitably happen. It’s easier to adjust when prepared.
