I currently work in a crisis center, so I have been trained to respond to individuals in crisis. I am aware of ensuring safety when entering into any crisis situation, and I am trained to work with suicidal individuals. I also have knowledge of community resources, so I would be prepared to refer after the situation has been de-escalated.
