How would you describe your management style.
Sigiloso
I would describe my leadership style with three terms, Clear communication, consistent communication, and direct communication. I add communication to each word because I believe that communication is key in any relationship, personal or professional. In my experience, almost all issues can be resolved if not avoided when there is always an open invitation on both sides for discussion. Under the umbrella of communication, I first list clear, because I feel it is important, when leading, to convey exactly what is expected and why those expectations exist. Second, is consistent, because as a leader, I am the support beam within the team and they need to know that they can depend on me, so they can effectively and confidently do their job. Last, is direct. I add this because I have often seen the effects that taking detours can have. For praise or congratulations, waiting can cause it to lose meaning or value for the person. For problems or difficult conversations, it is only delaying the inevitable, which could potentially cause further issues or add confusion.
