I would give him an opportunity to get with me on then if that didntvwork I would address the contractor he was working for along the lines of ...if hecwas interested in doing more work with us that we going , forward, would not be able to babysit the sub contractor if I was g li ing to do that I may as well set up a table and tell every contractor in the building , all day long, exactly what to do...and frankly that's not my job and they should know the scope an CS most details of their job before even stepping foot inside my office.
