Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) em mar. de 2015
Entrevista
After reviewing cover letters and resumes, I received an email from an HR manager asking me to complete an online-webinar interview. This interview was recorded on a software (there was no one on the other end), and my responses were video recorded and timed. After that online interview, I received another email from the HR manager asking me for a phone call. This was your basic HR screening. When that phone call went well, she told me I had moved on to the final round of interviews that had a set date. I didn't live close enough to come in person for the interview, so I did my final interview via skype. It was a two hour interview, and I met with 4 separate people (each from a different Marketing area).

The interview process was smooth. However, your answers need to align with the STAR method, and they prefere a lot of details. Check the STAR method and try to include as many details as possible in your answers.
HubSpot's interview process was efficient and enjoyable. HR was highly communicative and I never had to question where I stood in the process. I think it only took about two weeks from application to offer.

Process: Recruiter Chat, Hiring Manager Chat, Chat with Head of Regional Sales, another recruiter check-in, then dropped out of process due to mismatch in salary expectations.
Great experience though, very transparent throughout, pleasant chats with the team.
