Entrevista
This job was posted in April. I submitted my online application in April. I was contacted by a recruiter the first week in May to have a phone interview a couple of days later. The phone interview lasted 15 minutes and went well. The recruiter informed me that someone would be in contact with me within a week or so once they decided when a face to face interview would take place. I was contacted a couple of weeks later by a Director in order to schedule another phone interview with me, him, and the lady I would report to. The second phone interview also went very well and lasted about 30 minutes. I was told they would be in contact with me within the next week. Three weeks later, I was contacted by the lady I would report to saying she wanted to meet with me in person. I met with her for all of 15 minutes. She didn't interview me cause as she stated, she had already done that. So we just chatted about the role. I got even more excited about the role after hearing her discuss it even more. She expressed her like for me and told me when I asked when she would make a decision she said she hoped it would be in the next week. That was over two weeks ago, so I emailed her to inquire about my application status and guess what?!! No response. The interviewers were very nice and I really liked them. I just don't understand why they are so slow, and don't respond when you inquire about your status. Quite frustrating especially since I really want the job and they seemed very pleased with me!! At this point I don't know what to think. Its the second week in July, I applied in April and have been speaking to them off and on since the first week in May!!

Entrevista
They first part of the interview is a recorded phone interview process-- very informal. You call in, and it's 8-10 pre recorded questions. The automated system asks you question, you have a brief pause, and then you will hear a "beep". Then you are able to respond with your answer and hit # sign when you are finished. This proved very challenging as you were unable to re record your answer. I was offered to proceed to the next step (face-to-face) but after giving them my available dates/times for interview, they sent me an email a week later saying the funds were not there anymore for this position. Just really seemed like a drawn-out process and very informal.

I applied online and after a few weeks was emailed about a phone interview. Their phone interview was with an automated system. I waited without response for almost a month. I received an email asking me to conduct an in-person interview. The interview went really well, and then nothing...... for a month. I was told they'd be in contact the Friday or Monday after. I spent over an hour talking with them and was not even given the respect of an email response or call.

Entrevista
The process itself was a little too easy. I applied online and received a call from the recruiter about a week later.
When I arrived for the interview their was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. (I also rang the bell)
The interview itself was extremely unprofessional. The parson giving the interview was 20 minutes late and when she came out I was asked to wait. I was asked by 3 different sales people If I was being helped and I advised I was there for an interview.
15 minutes later I was taken back for an interview.
I was cut short of time but the questions were extremely easy.
I emailed the recruiter following up 4 days latter after not hearing anything and did not receive anything in return from her; 2 hours later I received the generic online rejection from the Taleo site.
