After a 1-hour initial HR screening and subsequent 1-hour interview with the director, the utter lack of communication and challenge getting a straight answer re: timeline from the HR rep was absurd. If you’re going to waste 2 hours of someone’s time (within 5 days, mind you), have the courtesy to communicate timeline - or at least respond normally to inquiries. Months later, I got an automated email that I wasn’t moving forward (unsurprisingly), which included a survey for my interview experience. The audacity to ask me to rate the experience - and not even receive follow up from an individual after 2 hours of interviews - is glaringly unprofessional for a company of this size and maturity. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time interviewing for a position at Humana. After several weeks of ambiguous responses from the HR rep, I personally already discounted Humana as an option.
