It was a prescreened Phone interview. There was an automated interview process that they used which took about a half an hour of my time to complete. It was very easy to use, but I didnt like that there was no person to talk to. So you really had no idea what to expect as far as how your prescreening interview went. My advice to companies is to have a person prescreen, because there could be circumstances that happened that the automated system may disqualify you for where a candidate shouldnt be disqualified.
