Entrevista
1st did a brief telephone interview with recruiter. They then contacted me a few days late to set up an interview with the manager and assistant manager of the branch I applied to. One week later I was contacted for a 2nd round interview with the district manager. And a week after the second interview I was made a salary offer and started the background check process that same day. The entire hire process takes at the least 4 weeks.

I first had a set of questions I needed to answer and then filmed myself answering 2 questions. Only had 2 retries to re-film answers. Received a call about 3 weeks later to discuss qualifications.

Entrevista
Online recorded interview , followed by a phone screening then an interview with a community manager and branch manager. Timely process with a lot of run around. They make you wait weeks, and tell you each week they’ll have an answer the following and never happens. Then, you’ll get a generic email starting you didn’t get the job. The recruiter doesn’t even have the decency to reach back out to tell you that.

Entrevista
The manager was extremely nice and professional. I can’t say all the managers are as good as mine was. They will usually be one on one and they don’t involve higher up management.
